Our Story
Elle Permanent is an international network of premium permanent makeup salons. Our journey began in 2014, when our founder, Elina Khunkaeva, mastered the art of permanent makeup. Driven by her passion and commitment to excellence, she continued to hone her skills and eventually developed her own signature techniques, which quickly gained popularity among women around the world.
In 2016, we opened our first salon in Moscow. In just a few short years, that single studio grew into a network of three salons in the heart of the city, along with an international school of permanent makeup. In 2023, we reached a new milestone—launching our first international location in one of Dubai’s most prestigious areas, Bluewaters Island.

Dubai Salon
Our Dubai studio is led by the salon's art director and Elina Khunkaeva’s sister, Lamara Khunkaeva. Not only is Lamara the lead artist, but she is also the co-creator of many of our signature techniques. With over 10 years of experience, she has brought happiness to more than 10,000 clients from across the globe.
Lamara is a world-class professional, but more than that, she is someone with a deep passion for her craft and a heartfelt approach to each client. Her ability to connect with every individual is what makes her truly exceptional.
